SERVICE ADJUSTMENT
If you’re not completely loving your hair after your service, please call within 48hrs of the service and we will redo/make any adjustments with the same service provider if possible.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Cash, and Apple Pay
RETAIL REFUNDS
We hope that you love the professional products you purchase; however, if you don’t, retail items can be returned within 15 days of purchase, but only if they have been unopened, not used, and in original packaging.
COMMITMENT TO SERVICE
Our salon is dedicated to service and value. All our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do, and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all our customers.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving any later than 15 minutes will likely result in your service being cancelled. This is considered a no-show. As a courtesy to all clients, our services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 48-hour notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% charge for the scheduled services. Brushed Roots Salon reserves the right to charge up to the full-service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

At Brushed Roots Salon, the safety and comfort of all our clients are our top priorities. To ensure a positive experience for our younger guests, we have the following policy in place:​

Minors Under the age of 18
All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their appointment. The accompanying adult must remain present through the initial consultation to help guide service expectations and ensure clear communication between the stylist and client.

GIFT CARDS
Gift card are ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. We have gift cards available online. All Gift Cards and Certificates are non-refundable.
PET POLICY
At Brushed Roots Salon, we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our clients. Therefore, we do not allow pets in the salon. Service animals are welcome.
CHILD/ACCOMPANY POLICY
At Brushed Roots Salon, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To maintain this standard, no children under the age of 12 may accompany a client to their appointment unless they are also receiving a service. If anyone under the age of 12 accompanies a client to their appointment, the client will be required to reschedule
