Brushed Roots Salon Policies

No Show Policy

Any “no-shows” at Brushed Roots will be charged 100% of the services booked. In the event that an emergency has occurred we will rebook the appointment if the client prepays 50% of the total cost of the service.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 48-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of scheduled service. Cancellations made the same day will be charged at 100% of service

Satisfaction Policy

As a service industry we do not refund for services rendered.  Although, if you are not satisfied with services received, the service provider will correct the service at no charge to you.  Please understand that BRS requires notice of unsatisfactory service with in 5 days in order to remedy the situation.
